CareKnight is currently shipping on a pan India level. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased order in the finest condition and on time. All orders at our end are processed within 3 to 8 business working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of full payment and complete order details. We will ship your ordered article to your address as provided in your account or as instructed by you during checkout.

However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Kindly keep some additional time in advance while placing your order. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you find the article damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item within 24 hours of delivery — failing which your request will not be entertained. This will help us evaluate the concern and resolve the issue promptly.
